At the end of March 2019, Aldea took over the operation of La Belfagétaine and bought the property. La Belfagétaine, located in the centre of Beaufays, has 52 rest home beds spread over 3 levels.
In the spring of 2023, the residents of this nursing home, together with our residents from our nursing homes in Oupeye and Liège, will move to Sprimont where the existing nursing home will be extended with a new building. This site will offer both residential care rooms and assisted living flats and will have a total of 150 residential units.
